It’s summer time once again! Here at Each Green Corner we want to share these recipes that are guaranteed to satisfy a vegan’s need for comfort food. With our school partners, Each Green Corner produces and harvests thousands of pounds of fresh produce yearly, including tomatoes, eggplants, corn, lettuce, carrots, zucchini, and potatoes. All of the produce mentioned can be used to create healthy barbecue alternatives that will leave guests wanting more. From sandwiches to salads, Each Green Corner wants this summer to be one where local vegans can show off their skills. If you are interested in learning new ways to impress your neighborhood at the next barbecue, check these out!
